[仕事内容]
テクニカルプロジェクトマネージャーは、以下の目標の定めを含むプロジェクト契約に従うプロジェクト作業の結果に対する全体的な責任を負います。
- 技術・仕様
- プロジェクトのEBIT目標を達成する
- プロジェクトのあらゆる側面についての最初の顧客連絡先
- EBITを確保した上、品質、スケジュール、製品コストの目標を達成する
- プロジェクトの予算
- QGCを実施し、プロセス適合性の調査結果に対応する
- プロジェクト組織のセットアップと維持 のため、コミュニケーションとレポートする
- プロジェクトの定義された範囲内でプロジェクトメンバー、サブプロジェクト、専門家チームを指揮する
- 変更管理
- 危機管理
- 関連するすべてのプロジェクトドメインの調整
- プロジェクトのリソース計画
- プロジェクトメンバーのGPDの中のトレーニングニーズの定義に助言する
- プロジェクトの状況をSteering Commityに報告する
- プロジェクトのフェーズとサンプルを計画、調整、コントロールする
ジョブランク： up to SL1（APIC Bプロジェクト）
出張頻度：
- 国内：1～2日/週
- 海外：1～2回/年（ドイツ、北米等）
Your contribution to something big
In the future, vehicles will be defined by an intelligent combination of electronics and software, and they will be connected with the driver, their surroundings, and with one another. Bosch is embracing this development and is driving it forward by making use of the paradigm shift in the electric/electronic architecture – away from a domain-specific E/E architecture and toward a vehicle-centralized, zone-oriented E/E architecture. This type of architecture uses only a few immensely powerful cross-domain vehicle computers in combination with zone ECUs. In our group, together with our JOEM customers we are developing one of these cross-domain vehicle computers. To realize more secure and functionalized vehicle society, our business growth needs motivated engineers!
Your tasks will be:
The TPjM has the overall responsibility of the results of the project work according to the project agreement with the target definitions:
- Technology / Specification
- Reach EBIT target of the project
- First customer contact for all project aspects
- Reach targets for quality, schedule and product costs to ensure EBIT
- project budget
- Organize and conduct QGCs, reacts on Process Conformance findings
- Set up and maintenance of a project organization with defined communication and reporting
- lead the project members and the sub projects and the specialist teams within the defined range of the project, no additional TPL
- Coordinate Change management
- Risk Management
- Coordination of all relevant project domains
- Resources planning for the project
- Contribution to the definition of training needs of the project members for the GPD.
- Report project status to steering committee
- Plan, tune and control the project phases and the samples
Job rank: up to SL1 (APIC B project)
Business trip：
- Domestic：1-2 days/week
- Overseas：1-2 times/year (Germany, North America etc.)
Qualifications

- 電気工学、コンピュータサイエンス、情報技術、または同等の研究分野における大学での学位
- 高いコミュニケーションスキル、 モチベーションが高くチームプレーヤーであること。グローバルな組織で働くための対人スキル
- 優れた問題解決と分析能力
- 実務レベルの英語，日本語能力

- PMP資格、PMQ認証
- E/Eアーキテクチャや車載コミュニケーションに関する知識があれば更に歓迎
- 英語力 社内海外関連部門とのコミュニケーションに支障ないレベル
- コミュニケーション能力：理解力、説得力

- 結果志向、将来志向
What distinguishes you
- Completed university studies in the field of electrical engineering, computer science, information technology or comparable field of study
- Strong communication skill, team player with high degree of intrinsic motivation. strong interpersonal skills to work in a global organization
- Good Problem-solving and analytical ability
- Working level of language skill in English and Japanese
The following is a plus:
- PMP, PMQ
- knowledge of E/E architecture and in-vehicle communication
